Dominic Farrell
Liverpool born Dominic leads the property sourcing service, with experience of buying distressed property for clients since 2008.
He invests, develops and sources property, and is the author of Property Auctions: Repossessions, Bankruptcies and Bargain Properties, now in its fourth edition.
Dominic holds a BSc in Economics and an MBA (Defence). His work brings together the assessment of a property opportunity and the practical decisions involved in buying, refurbishing, letting and managing it.
His property auction teaching uses real examples to explore buying strategy, valuation questions and the issues a purchaser should resolve before committing.

We explain our sourcing scope and fee before instruction. The service includes 12 months’ free property management, with tenant finding, inspections and rent guarantee insurance where applicable.
