A purchase starts with the right questions

Look beyond
the asking price.

A cheap property is only an opportunity when the numbers, condition and legal position stand up to scrutiny.

Led by Liverpool born investor and author Dominic Farrell, our service looks at what a property is worth to you, what needs checking and what it will take to make your plans work.

The property

Condition, tenure, location and the work required.

The numbers

Sold comparables, achievable rent and the full cost of buying.

The purchase

Timescales, funding and a clear plan before committing.

What does a property sourcing service do?

We help you find and assess investment property, review the numbers and plan the purchase. Our Liverpool service covers opportunities on the market, off the market and at auction, with support after completion.

Do you only buy at auction?

No. We consider ordinary sales as well as auction opportunities, and properties offered by receivers or administrators. Some auction properties can be purchased before the auction, subject to the seller’s agreement.

Can you help if I live outside Liverpool?

Yes. Start by telling us your objectives and how involved you want to be. We can discuss your search by telephone or Zoom and help you understand the practical steps from assessing a property to preparing it for letting.
